These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COAL BOSS platform and services. By using COAL BOSS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be an authorised representative of your business and have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

2. Your Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to configure role-based access and permissions appropriately for your team.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: entering unlawful content, attempting to disrupt service, reverse engineering, or using COAL BOSS to violate any law.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Fees

Paid plans are billed as per your subscription agreement. Fees, billing cycles and plan features are confirmed at the time of subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

COAL BOSS and all related software, designs, logos and content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without authorisation.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not warrant any specific business, financial or operational outcome from using the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COAL BOSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
